TiviMate IPTV Setup Guide for BoxLinkTV

The current BoxLinkTV product data documents Xtream Codes and M3U as the core connection formats, but it does not list a TiviMate-specific workflow among the preferred player paths. If you use TiviMate, match these standard fields to the options it displays and confirm uncertain behavior with support.

Use Xtream Codes When Available

  1. Open TiviMate and choose the option to add a new playlist or account.
  2. Select the Xtream Codes or equivalent login path if it is shown.
  3. Enter the complete BoxLinkTV server URL, username, and case-sensitive password.
  4. Save the playlist and wait for live channels, VOD, and guide data to synchronize.

Field names can vary

Use the field labels shown by your installed app. Do not substitute a guessed server address or treat a failed login as proof that the account is invalid.

Use M3U When That Is the Available Path

  1. Choose Add Playlist or Remote Playlist in the app.
  2. Select the M3U URL option when available.
  3. Paste the complete BoxLinkTV M3U URL from the welcome email.
  4. Save the playlist and wait for the list to load.

Guide Data and Playback Checks

  • Allow 10–15 minutes for EPG data to appear on first load, then reopen the app.
  • Treat Catch-Up as conditional on channel and player support.
  • Use around 15 Mbps for most HD streams and 30 Mbps or higher for 4K.
  • If buffering occurs, switch from 4K to FHD or HD and test again.

Read the buffering checklist before changing several settings at once.

If TiviMate Does Not Work as Expected

The current preferred player list includes Hot Player, BOB Player, IBO Player, UHF, IPTVX, and other documented device paths. If TiviMate does not expose the needed fields, use an approved alternative or contact support with the app and device details.
