To access the Service, you must purchase a subscription. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each subscription allows one (1) simultaneous stream unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of subscription purchase. We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and cryptocurrency.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals made after the effective date of the change.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sub-licence the Service or any Content
• Use any automated tools to scrape, download, or capture Content
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Share your account credentials with any other person or entity
• Use the Service to transmit malware or other harmful code
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

BoxLinkTV is a technology service provider. We do not produce, create, or own the Content accessible through the Service. Content availability may vary based on your geographic location, network conditions, and third-party broadcast schedules.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or quality of any specific channel or Content. Channel lineups may change without notice due to third-party factors outside our control.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our website are our property or the property of their respective owners. You may not use any trademarks without prior written consent from BoxLinkTV or the relevant rights holder.
