Smart IPTV (SIPTV) Setup for BoxLinkTV
The current BoxLinkTV data documents Xtream Codes and M3U as the main connection methods. It does not provide a Smart IPTV-specific workflow, so use the fields shown by the app and confirm uncertain behavior before relying on it.
M3U Setup Path
- Open the app or its playlist portal on your Smart TV.
- Locate the Device ID, MAC address, or playlist field shown by the app.
- Enter the exact device identifier when the app requires portal activation.
- Paste the complete BoxLinkTV M3U URL and save the playlist.
- Return to the TV and wait for the channel list to load.
Use the exact device identifier
A MAC address or Device ID is specific to the TV and app. Do not substitute an account username or a value from another device.
Xtream Codes When the App Offers It
- Choose Xtream Codes or Xtream Codes API when it appears in the available login methods.
- Enter the complete server URL, username, and case-sensitive password.
- Save the profile and wait for live channels, VOD, and guide data to synchronize.
Smart TV Checks
- If channels do not load, check the connection, restart the app, re-enter the details, and confirm the full server URL.
- If buffering occurs, switch from 4K to FHD or HD; wired Ethernet is recommended for 4K when available.
- Allow 10–15 minutes for EPG data on first load and reopen the app.
- Treat Catch-Up as conditional on channel and player support.
