Count Rooms and Concurrent Streams
- List every TV, box, phone, tablet, or computer that may be used.
- Separate devices that are installed from streams that will run at the same time.
- Record which rooms need HD or 4K and whether wired Ethernet is available.
- Ask support which account or connection arrangement fits the requested concurrency.
One subscription is documented as one concurrent stream
The current pricing FAQ states that each subscription supports one concurrent stream and that additional connections require a support review. Do not assume that installing the player on several devices creates unlimited simultaneous viewing.
What to Include in the Request
- Number of rooms and devices.
- Device types and player setup method for each room.
- Expected simultaneous streams and quality requirements.
- Whether the property is a home, short-term rental, or another multi-host setup.
- Any required billing, activation, or support planning.

Network Preparation
