BoxLinkTV on MAG Box & Formuler – Setup Guide

BoxLinkTV lists MAG and Formuler devices among its supported hardware paths. These devices may use a portal or device-activation flow rather than the same fields shown in a standard mobile or TV player.

Before You Configure the Device

  • Connect the MAG Box or Formuler device to a stable internet connection.
  • Keep the BoxLinkTV portal details, server URL, username, password, and M3U information available.
  • Record the MAC address, Device ID, or activation code shown on the device if the setup requires it.
  • Use MyTVOnline or the portal setup path available for your Formuler or MAG model.

Portal details must match the device

Do not invent a portal address or activation value. Use the exact details supplied for the account and device, and ask support when the required field is unclear.

Portal-Style Setup

  1. Open the device network or portal settings.
  2. Locate the field for the portal URL, server address, or service source.
  3. Enter the complete BoxLinkTV portal or server detail supplied for your setup.
  4. Save the profile and restart the device or portal application if requested.
  5. Wait for live channels, VOD, guide data, and any conditional Catch-Up data to load.

If Your Device Uses Credentials Instead

  1. Choose Xtream Codes when the device or player exposes that option.
  2. Enter the complete server URL, username, and case-sensitive password.
  3. Save the profile and wait for the account data to synchronize.

MAG and Formuler Troubleshooting

  • If channels do not load, verify the full portal or server detail, restart the device, and re-enter the supplied values.
  • If buffering occurs, switch from 4K to FHD or HD and use wired Ethernet for 4K when available.
  • If EPG is missing, allow 10–15 minutes on first load and reopen the player.
  • If activation is required, use the exact MAC address, Device ID, or code displayed on the device.
